At AURA, we aim to make luxury fashion rental effortless, reliable, and enjoyable for every customer. By placing an order with AURA, you agree to the following rental terms and conditions
Rental Period
All rentals have a minimum rental period of 3 days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Customers are responsible for returning items by the agreed return date provided in their order confirmation.
Payment
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your booking.
For selected high-value items, AURA may require a refundable security deposit or payment authorization hold.
Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Customers are responsible for returning items using a tracked shipping service unless stated otherwise.
AURA is not responsible for courier delays or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping providers.
Garment Care
Professional cleaning is included with every rental.
Customers must not:
- wash garments
- dry clean garments
- alter items
- attempt repairs themselves
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Damage & Additional Charges
Normal wear is expected. However, additional charges may apply for:
- permanent stains
- excessive damage
- tears or rips
- missing accessories or items
- excessive wear beyond normal use
AURA reserves the right to charge repair, cleaning, or replacement costs where necessary.
Late Returns
If an item is returned late, additional late fees may apply.
AURA offers a short grace period for delayed returns where possible. Continued failure to return an item may result in the item being considered lost or unreturned.
Non-Returned Items
Customers are fully responsible for returning rented items.
If an item is not returned within the agreed timeframe, AURA reserves the right to charge the full replacement value of the item to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for:
- incorrect sizing selections
- change of mind
- delays caused by shipping carriers outside of our control
Refunds will only be issued if AURA is unable to fulfil your order.

Bij AURA willen we luxe fashion verhuur eenvoudig, betrouwbaar en moeiteloos maken voor iedere klant. Door een bestelling te plaatsen bij AURA ga je akkoord met het onderstaande verhuurbeleid en onze voorwaarden.
Huurperiode
Voor alle verhuuringen geldt een minimale huurperiode van 3 dagen, tenzij anders vermeld op de productpagina.
Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor het retourneren van items vóór de afgesproken retourdatum die vermeld staat in de orderbevestiging.
Betaling
Volledige betaling is vereist bij het afrekenen om de reservering te bevestigen.
Voor geselecteerde high-value items kan AURA een terugbetaalbare borg of betalingsautorisatie vereisen.
Verzending & Retouren
Alle bestellingen worden verzonden met track & trace.
Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor het retourneren van items met tracked shipping, tenzij anders aangegeven.
AURA is niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen of leveringsproblemen veroorzaakt door externe vervoerders.
Verzorging van de Items
Professionele reiniging is inbegrepen bij iedere verhuur.
Klanten mogen items niet:
- wassen
- chemisch reinigen
- aanpassen
- zelf repareren
Alle items moeten worden geretourneerd in dezelfde staat als waarin ze ontvangen zijn.
Schade & Extra Kosten
Normale gebruikssporen worden geaccepteerd. Extra kosten kunnen echter in rekening worden gebracht bij:
- permanente vlekken
- overmatige schade
- scheuren of beschadigingen
- ontbrekende accessoires of items
- buitensporige slijtage
AURA behoudt zich het recht voor om kosten voor reiniging, reparatie of vervanging in rekening te brengen indien nodig.
Te Late Retourzendingen
Wanneer een item te laat wordt geretourneerd, kunnen extra kosten van toepassing zijn.
AURA biedt waar mogelijk een korte coulanceperiode voor vertraagde retouren. Wanneer een item niet wordt geretourneerd binnen een redelijke termijn, kan het als verloren of niet geretourneerd worden beschouwd.
Niet Geretourneerde Items
Klanten zijn volledig verantwoordelijk voor het retourneren van gehuurde items.
Wanneer een item niet binnen de afgesproken termijn wordt geretourneerd, behoudt AURA zich het recht voor om de volledige vervangingswaarde van het item in rekening te brengen via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
Terugbetalingsbeleid
Terugbetalingen zijn niet beschikbaar voor:
- verkeerde maatkeuzes
- verandering van gedachten
- vertragingen veroorzaakt door vervoerders buiten onze controle
Een terugbetaling wordt alleen verstrekt wanneer AURA een bestelling niet kan uitvoeren.
Acceptatie van Voorwaarden
Door een bestelling te plaatsen bij AURA bevestig je dat je dit verhuurbeleid, samen met onze Algemene Voorwaarden, Verzendingbeleid en Retour- & Terugbetalingsbeleid hebt gelezen en geaccepteerd.

- Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.
2. Choose a Try-On date
- After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
- Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
- To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
- On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
- Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.

1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.

Delivery
We recommend selecting a delivery date 2 days before your event. This gives you plenty time to try on your rental and ensures you’re ready for your special occasion.
Your rental includes a minimum hire period of 3 days. Your return date will be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
If your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, simply return your parcel on the next available business day.
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery via PostNL or DHL, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders in time for your selected delivery date.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your rental as early as possible, especially during busy wedding and holiday seasons.

- Choose your favorite dress and select your rental dates.
- We’ll deliver your order to your door via PostNL or DHL.
- Wear your look and enjoy your special occasion.
- Place the dress back in the original packaging, attach the prepaid return label, and drop it off at your nearest PostNL or DHL service point.
Professional cleaning is always included, so there’s no need to wash or dry clean your rental.

Returning your order couldn’t be easier.
A prepaid return label is included with every rental.
Simply:
- Place the dress back in the original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid return label.
- Drop your parcel off at your nearest PostNL or DHL service point by your return date.
That’s it, we’ll take care of the rest.

What If the Dress Doesn't Fit?
What If the Dress Doesn't Fit?
We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help you choose the right size before you rent.
If your dress doesn’t fit, please contact us on the day your order is delivered, before wearing the garment.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The dress must be unworn (except for trying it on indoors).
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The dress must be returned on the same day it is delivered using the prepaid return label provided.
- You must notify AURA before returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned dress, we will refund your rental fee. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if:
- The dress has been worn outside, damaged, stained, altered, or washed.
- The return is shipped after the delivery day without prior approval from AURA.
- We are not notified on the day of delivery.
