Complete the lender submission form with your item details and upload clear images. Our team will review your submission within 48 hours.
What items does AURA accept?
We accept high-quality fashion pieces, including dresses, sets, bags, jewellery, and occasion wear from contemporary and designer brands.
Do I need to clean my item before sending it?
Yes. Items must arrive clean and in excellent condition.
How much can I earn?
Earnings vary depending on the item, brand, and rental demand. Popular designer pieces can generate recurring passive income.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are sent within 8–10 business days after the rental period ends.
What happens if my item is damaged?
Minor wear is expected. If significant damage occurs, AURA will assess the situation and determine appropriate compensation or repair.
Can I remove my item from AURA?
Yes, provided the item is not currently booked or scheduled for an upcoming rental.
Who sets the rental price?
AURA works with lenders to determine competitive pricing based on brand, retail value, and demand.
How are items shipped?
Depending on your location, items can either be shipped to us or dropped off at an approved location.
Does AURA insure my item?
AURA may offer limited protection for eligible items, but not all damage or loss is covered. Please review the lender agreement carefully.
