AURA is a fashion rental platform offering a curated collection of stylish, high-quality clothing and accessories for every occasion. From special events to everyday statement looks, we make fashion more accessible, sustainable, and effortless.
2. How does the rental process work?
Renting with AURA is simple:
- Browse our collection online
- Select your item(s) and rental period
- Please note: all rentals have a minimum duration of 3 days
- Prices shown are charged per day, unless otherwise stated
- Place your order and wait for delivery
- Wear, enjoy, and return your items using a tracked return service
Shipping & Returns
For Dutch orders, we ship with PostNL.
For international orders, we use trusted tracked courier services depending on the destination.
3.What’s included in the rental fee?
Your rental fee includes:
- Professional cleaning
- Outbound shipping
- Minor wear coverage
- Use of the item for your selected rental period
Additional charges may apply for late returns or significant damage.
4. Can I try on items before renting?
At this time, try-ons are only available for customers located nearby. Please contact us for availability.
5. What happens if I damage or stain an item?
Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. However, significant damage, permanent staining, or irreparable damage may result in additional charges based on repair or replacement costs.
6. How do I return my rental?
Returning your order is easy:
- Purchase a tracked return label
- Use the return address provided with your order
- Drop your parcel at your nearest location
7. Can I extend my rental period?
Yes — rental extensions are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your return date to arrange an extension.
8. What happens if I return my item late?
We offer a 3-day grace period for late returns.
After this period, a late fee of 10% of the daily rental rate per day will apply until the item is returned.
9. Are items cleaned before each rental?
Absolutely. Every item is professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared to meet our quality standards before each rental.
10. What sizes do you offer?
Currently, our collection includes:

We’re actively expanding our size range to offer more inclusive options soon.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 5 working days before your rental start date.
12. Can I purchase an item after renting it?
Yes! If you fall in love with a piece, you may be able to purchase it. Contact us for availability and pricing.
