Return & Refund Policy
At AURA, we want your rental experience to feel seamless, reliable, and effortless. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
All rented items must be returned by the agreed return date stated in your order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for:
- Returning items on time
- Using a tracked shipping service
- Ensuring items are returned in the same condition they were received
Please do not wash, alter, or attempt to clean any rented garments yourself. All professional cleaning is handled by AURA.
Normal wear and tear is accepted. However, additional charges may apply for:
- Permanent stains
- Tears or rips
- Missing items or accessories
- Excessive damage or alterations
Late Returns
We understand delays can happen. AURA offers a grace period of up to 3 days for late returns.
After this period, late fees may apply for each additional overdue day.
Late returns that affect future bookings may result in additional charges.
Refunds
Due to the nature of fashion rentals, AURA does not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Change of mind
- Delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers
- Failure to wear the item
Refunds will only be issued if:
- AURA cancels the order
- The item becomes unavailable before shipment
- An order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 5 working days before the rental start date.
Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact AURA immediately with clear photos and details.
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and as quickly as possible.
