Submit a custom request and our team will try to source the perfect piece for your event.

A non-refundable service fee of €29 applies to all custom requests. This covers the time, sourcing, and additional resources involved in finding requested items.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Request

Fill out the form below with as much detail as possible, including:

• Brand or item name
• Size
• Event date
• Inspiration photos or links
• Any additional preferences

2. Checkout Your Request

Add the service to your bag and complete checkout to secure your request.

3. Request Review

Once submitted, we’ll review your request and confirm via email whether it can be sourced.

4. We Source Your Piece

If approved, we’ll begin sourcing your requested item and keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Rent Your Look

Once the item arrives, it will be added to the website and reserved for you to complete the standard rental process.

Please Note

While we do our best to fulfill every request, AURA cannot guarantee that all items can be sourced or delivered in time for your event.

If we’re unable to fulfill your request, you will receive a full refund of your €29 service fee and be notified via email.
