Returns

All rentals must be returned by the agreed return date stated in your order confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for returning items using a tracked shipping service.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Normal wear is accepted; however, significant damage, stains, or missing items may result in additional charges.

We kindly ask customers not to wash or attempt to clean rented items themselves, as this may damage the garment. All professional cleaning is handled by AURA.


Late Returns

We understand that delays can happen. AURA offers a grace period of up to 3 days for late returns.

After this period, a late fee may apply for each additional day the item has not been returned.


Refunds

Due to the nature of fashion rentals, AURA does not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
